Terrazas del sol is ideally situated 375 meters from
the beach at Playa Prieta, a pristine Costa Rica Beach. There is abundant
shopping and dining nearby in Playa Potrero and Playa Flamingo. There are two
super markets right on the town square in Potrero and under a kilometer. There
is also a very pleasant spot for a drink and a taco on the beach called Las
Brisas.
Down the road in the other direction you'll find the
Sugar Beach Hotel at Playa Pan de Azucar. This is a good place for a meal or a
drink. You can walk there on the beach as well.
Further along the road has been improved and one can
now drive to Zopotal. This area is undergoing development now and there are
several large resorts in the early stages of development. This road now
leads to the Monkey Trail now and deposits you just past the Monkey Trail Canopy
Tour.
There is a new road planned called the Ox Cart Trail
that will be a more direct route to Zopotal. Send me a message if you'd like

The master bedroom at Terrazas del Sol has a king size bed,
walk-in closet and its own private master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen
size bed and a twin bed, a walk-thru closet leading to its own private guest
bath. Both are fully furnished with dressers, side tables, mirrors and equipped
with extra bed linens, bath towels and all the essentials to make your vacation
comfortable.
Kitchen & Dining
Terrazas del Sol has a beautiful gourmet
kitchen with imperial red granite counter tops, custom cherry cabinets, dish
washer, gas cook top, wall oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker , complete set
of cooking and serving ware and all the essential kitchen gadgets. The island
has 4 teak bar stools for relaxed seating. The dining room has a large hand
crafted solid plantation wood table and seating for six.
Family Room
The family room has an oversized couch that
doubles as a king size futon. There are two large side chairs with a glass top
table and a solid mahogany chest used for a coffee table. In the family room
there is Direct TV, DVD player, CD Player and stereo just in case you're board
of the stunning
Costa Rica views.
